They are looking for active support for their “IT Application Consulting” area. You act as an interface to their successful Global Customer Service area and coordinate projects with a focus on SAP.
Tasks:
Responsible for the new implementation and further development of IT systems in customer service with a focus on the new introduction of SAP S/4HANA
Designing interdisciplinary workshops and collecting requirements from the respective departments
Coordination of the process, from requirements analysis to implementation and training of internal key users
Ensuring integration into the entire internal application architecture as well as being the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
Management of project documentation, control (monitoring) and control of results
Requirements profile:
Several years of solid SAP experience – preferably in SAP SD, SAP CS
Completed technical training (university, technical college or HTL) ideally with an IT focus
Several years of experience in the introduction and further development of IT systems in the customer area
High level of independence and communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
