  • Service Business Strategy and Commercialization: Lead the development and execution of our energy management and plant optimization business strategy, ensuring alignment with their overarching vision and objectives. Drive the successful commercialization and go-to-market of our energy management solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Activate and collaborate closely with internal experts, in particular from our Digital, Sales, Business Development and Marketing departments. Establish an integrated approach to deploying new strategies and concepts effectively. Create new Unique Selling Propositions and create marketing content.
  • Innovative Product DevelopmentLead cross-functional teams in the creation of innovative commercial service products. Analyze regional-market potential, develop business cases, driving approval and implementation processes and monitoring progress and performance. Oversee the entire product life-cycle, from concept to market launch.
  • Market Introductions: Define market entry strategies, pricing models, and distribution channels for  energy management and commercial products. Foster strategic partnerships with customers and industry experts. Identify market and customer potential and leads, manage short- and long-lists to set priorities and maximize win-rate to increase reach.
  • Management of External Cooperation Partners: Collaborate with external cooperation partners to enhance product offerings, expand market reach, and drive growth through partnerships. Actively engage with external industry experts and drive strategic brand positioning
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Leverage a deep understanding of customer needs to tailor commercial products, cultivating relationships that transcend transactional dealings. Be a proactive problem solver and digital-first thinker.


Your Profile?

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Very good and long-term experience in sales, product management, business development, or a related role within the energy or industrial sectors, with a strong track record in digital and service contractual solutions
  • Market- and customer-orientation as well as sales-oriented attitude
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on leading a sales team
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of the industrial gas-engine industry, plant optimizations and energy trading markets
  • Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability trends is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30% in Europe)
  • Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
Your Salary!

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.149,90 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
