In this role you implement talent management strategies, policies, and processes that drive the achievement of our strategic objectives and maximize human potential across the organization. You will be responsible for supporting talent review processes, succession planning, development/career planning, talent programs and talent analytics.
Your main tasks will include:

• Design and implementation of global talent management processes, strategies, and standards (e.g., Talent Review Meetings, Succession Planning, Development Planning, Talent Nomination, Personality Assessment tools, …)
• Collaboration with a global talent management community to implement actual trends and share best practices to continuously improve processes and standards.
• Organization of MPT Global Talent Program events (budget, facilitators, venues, material, …)
• Personality Assessment based development coaching for employees.
• Our Client functional SME for talent & performance module in Workday (testing, data transfer, report creation, job aid creation, support for our divisions)
• Their Leadership Programs – coordination of global initiatives and interface between them and MPT Divisions
• The Global Compliance Training SME for MPT – coordination of global initiatives and interface between them and MPT Divisions, annual risk rating reporting

What you bring along

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources or related field of study
• Master’s degree or MBA in Change Management or related field of study preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management, People Development, Change Management, Leadership Development
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, managing, and sustaining talent management processes and initiatives as well as global development initiatives and training programs.
• Experience in leading global cross-functional projects, teams and organizations
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Good communication skills in English and German

In Austria we are obligated to state a minimum salary, which here in Austria would amount to minimum € 50.000 gross per year (basis: 38.5 hours per week).
